En nombre del Pueblo y Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de la República de Nicaragua, y en el nuestro propio, nos honra expresarle nuestras más sinceras felicitaciones a Usted, a su Gobierno y al Hermano Pueblo de la República de Sudán del Sur, con motivo de la conmemoración del 14º Aniversario de la Proclamación de su Independencia.
La histórica Jornada del 9 de Julio de 2011 representó la culminación de décadas de lucha y sacrificio por parte del valiente Pueblo sursudanés, que logró alcanzar su legítimo Derecho a la Autodeterminación y convertirse en el Estado más joven del Mundo.
En esta fecha tan significativa, reiteramos nuestro compromiso de continuar fortaleciendo los Lazos de Amistad, Solidaridad y Cooperación Fraterna que unen a nuestros Pueblos y Gobiernos, en apego a los Principios del Respeto Mutuo, la autodeterminación y el Multilateralismo Justo e Inclusivo.
Reciba, Hermano Presidente, nuestro Saludo Fraternal, junto con el aprecio y respeto del Pueblo nicaragüense para el digno y valiente Pueblo de la República de Sudán del Sur.

On behalf of the People and Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of the Republic of Nicaragua, and in our own name, we are honored to extend our most sincere congratulations to You, Your Government, and the Brotherly People of the Republic of South Sudan on the 14th Anniversary of the Proclamation of your National Independence.
The historic day of July 9, 2011, marked the culmination of decades of struggle and sacrifice by the brave South Sudanese People, who achieved their legitimate right to self-determination and became the world’s youngest sovereign State.
On this meaningful occasion, we reiterate our commitment to continue strengthening the bonds of friendship, solidarity, and fraternal cooperation that unite our peoples and governments, in accordance with the principles of mutual respect, self-determination, and a just and inclusive multilateralism.
