En nombre del Pueblo y Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de la República de Nicaragua, y en nuestro propio nombre, transmitimos nuestras más cálidas y sinceras felicitaciones a Usted, a su Gobierno y al Hermano Pueblo de la República Democrática de Timor-Leste, al conmemorarse este 20 de Mayo el Aniversario de la Restauración de su Independencia Nacional.
Celebramos junto al valiente Pueblo timorense esta fecha histórica que simboliza la firmeza, la resistencia y la inquebrantable voluntad de los Pueblos que luchan por su Soberanía, Dignidad y Derecho a construir su propio Destino en Paz y Libertad.
En esta significativa ocasión, reiteramos nuestro compromiso de continuar fortaleciendo las históricas Relaciones de Amistad, Solidaridad y Cooperación que unen a nuestros Gobiernos y Pueblos, inspirados en los Ideales comunes de Respeto Mutuo, Autodeterminación y Justicia para nuestras Naciones.

On behalf of the People and Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of the Republic of Nicaragua, and in our own name, we convey our warmest and most sincere congratulations to You, Your Government and the Brotherly People of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste, on the occasion of the Anniversary of the Restoration of your National Independence, commemorated this May 20.
Together with the courageous Timorese People, we celebrate this historic date which symbolizes the firmness, resistance and unwavering determination of Peoples who struggle for their sovereignty, dignity and right to build their own destiny in peace and freedom.
