En nombre del Pueblo y Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de la República de Nicaragua, y en nuestro propio nombre, transmitimos a Usted, al Hermano Pueblo y al Gobierno de la República de Azerbaiyán, nuestras más sinceras y fraternales felicitaciones con motivo de la celebración del Día de la República, este próximo 28 de Mayo.
En esta significativa ocasión, nos unimos a la Conmemoración de la Historia, la Dignidad y el Espíritu Patriótico del noble Pueblo Azerbaiyano, reafirmando nuestro respeto por su Soberanía, Identidad Nacional y aspiraciones de Desarrollo y Bienestar.
