On the special occasion of the upcoming commemoration—this September 30th of the Day of Victory and Independence of the Republic of Abkhazia, we express, on behalf of the People and the Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of the Republic of Nicaragua and on our own behalf, our warmest congratulations to you and to the dear Abkhazian people.
With revolutionary joy, we commemorate this historic date, which celebrates the victories and the dedicated struggles of the heroic Abkhazian people for their self-determination; we reiterate our commitment to continue strengthening the ties of friendship, solidarity, brotherhood, and cooperation that unite our peoples and governments.
From our blessed and ever-free Nicaragua, please accept our fraternal embrace, along with the affection and respect of the Nicaraguan people for the brotherly people of Abkhazia.
