On behalf of the People and Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of the Republic of Nicaragua, and on our own, we are pleased to express to you, your Government and the brotherly People of Guinea, our warmest and most sincere congratulations on the occasion of the commemoration of the 68th Anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Guinea.
On this significant historical date, we respectfully salute the Dignity, Strength and Determination of the Guinean People, who continue to advance in the defense of their Sovereignty, Independence and Right to build their own path of Development, Peace and Prosperity.
