On the occasion of Gaecheonjeol, to be celebrated on 3 October, we extend, on behalf of the People and Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of the Republic of Nicaragua and on our own behalf, our congratulations to you, your Government and the People of the Republic of Korea.
As you commemorate this day, which marks the founding of the first Korean state, we convey our wishes for peace and well-being for your Nation. We also reaffirm our willingness to continue developing relations of respect and cooperation between our countries.
