On behalf of the people and Government of Nicaragua, and on our own behalf, we extend to you and the brotherly people of Fiji our warmest and most fraternal congratulations on the occasion of the 56th anniversary of the independence of the Republic of Fiji, which will be commemorated on October 10.
We commemorate this significant date, which celebrates your history, sovereignty, and national identity, and we wish the Government and people of Fiji a future of stability, prosperity, and harmony.
We reaffirm our fraternal friendship and our desire to continue strengthening the bonds of cooperation and solidarity that unite our peoples and governments.
