EN NACIONES UNIDAS

En nombre de Pueblo de Nicaragua que tanto reconoce la Vigencia del Sabio Liderazgo del Comandante Fidel Castro Ruz, saludamos al Pueblo Heroico de Cuba; a su Líder Histórico, Comandante de la Revolución y General de Ejército, Raúl Castro Ruz; al Presidente, Compañero y Hermano Miguel Díaz-Canel; al Canciller, Compañero Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla, a todos con Respeto y Reconocimiento, en la Hermandad de Siempre, desde esta Nicaragua Bendita y Siempre Libre;

En este nuevo y ya permanente Reclamo y Exigencia de los Pueblos del Mundo, a través de Naciones Unidas, a quienes han ejercido durante 64 años un brutal bloqueo económico, comercial y financiero, una explícita asfixia, al Pueblo y a la Hermana Cuba, reiteramos enfáticamente la condena a ese infame cerco impuesto, que ha roto con todas las Normativas Internacionales, convirtiéndose en una agresión permanente a un Pueblo Valiente, Culto y Amante de la Paz;

Al condenar esta flagrante injusticia, también condenamos la inacción de los Organismos Internacionales, donde la mayoría o casi todos los Países del Mundo, Pueblos y Gobiernos, hemos rechazado y exigido el cese inmediato de esta evidente violación de todos los Derechos y en particular de los Derechos Humanos del Pueblo de Cuba;

Nuestra Declaración se basa en los Principios y Valores de todos los Pueblos, y de la Humanidad entera, que resentimos profundamente, no sólo que se mantengan, sino que se recrudezcan las acciones contra Cuba. Esa Política Terrorista desconoce todos los Fundamentos y Convenciones Internacionales, y violenta igualmente la voluntad expresa y ratificada año con año, de Pueblos y Gobiernos que defendemos absolutamente para Cuba, el Derecho a la Vida, a la Paz, y a la continuidad del desarrollo cultural y científico, que en medios de grandes desafíos, Cuba ha sido capaz de alcanzar y compartir solidariamente;

Votaremos fiel y consecuentemente con el Pueblo de Cuba, representado en la Resolución que exige poner fin a todas las formas de agresión y bloqueos contra la Invicta e Invencible Cuba;

Una vez más exigimos a Naciones Unidas que cumpla con su rol, asumido en sus tiempos fundacionales, un rol que ha venido siendo desvirtuado por los tiempos y la agresividad, aparentemente imparable, de los Imperios;

Naciones Unidas debe refundarse y servir a un Mundo de Paz y Desarrollo en estos otros Tiempos, como corresponde.

Cuba és Libre y seguirá siendo Libre !
Somos Hermanos en Soberanía, Dignidad y Paz !
Cuba Seguirá Venciendo
No más Bloqueo
No más Agresión !

STATEMENT BY NICARAGUA
AT THE UNITED NATIONS

On behalf of the People of Nicaragua who very much recognize the validity of the Wise Leadership of Comandante Fidel Castro Ruz, we salute the Heroic People of Cuba; its Historical Leader, Comandante of the Revolution and Army General, Raúl Castro Ruz; President, Compañero and Brother Miguel Díaz-Canel; Foreign Minister, Compañero Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla, to all with Respect and Recognition, in the Brother and Sisterhood of Always, from this Blessed and Forever Free Nicaragua;

With this new and by now permanent righteous call and demand by the World’s Peoples, through the United Nations, to those who have exercised over 64 years a brutal economic, commercial and financial blockade, an explicit asphyxiation, against the People and Sister Country of Cuba, we emphatically reiterate our condemnation of that infamous imposed siege, which has violated all International Regulations, becoming a permanent aggression against a Brave, Cultured and Peace-Loving People;

In condemning this flagrant injustice, we also condemn the inaction of International Organizations, in which most, in fact practically all the World’s Countries, Peoples and Governments, have rejected and demanded the immediate cessation of this obvious violation of all the Rights, but in particular the Human Rights, of the People of Cuba;

Our Declaration is based on the Principles and Values of all Peoples, and of all Humanity, along with whom we deeply resent, not only that the actions against Cuba continue, but that they intensify. This Terrorist Policy ignores all the Foundations and International Conventions, and also violates the will expressed and ratified year after year, of Peoples and Governments with whom we absolutely defend for Cuba, the Right to Life, to Peace, and to the continuity of the cultural and scientific development, which in the midst of great challenges, Cuba has been able to achieve and share in solidarity;

We will vote faithfully and consistently with the People of Cuba, represented in the Resolution demanding an end to all forms of aggression and blockades against undefeated and invincible Cuba;

Once again, we demand that the United Nations should fulfill its role, assumed at the time of its foundation, a role that has been distorted over time by the seemingly unstoppable aggressive behavior of Empires;

The United Nations must be refounded so as to serve a World of Peace and Development in these new Times, as it should do.

Cuba is Free and will Remain Free!
We are Brothers and Sisters in Sovereignty, Dignity and Peace!
Cuba Will Continue To Overcome
No more blockade 
No more aggression!
