An excellent afternoon for us all, with God’s Blessing, and Let Us Go Onward! Excellent times, because we are able to fight on, to keep striving, to overcome, with Optimism, a quality we know very well and which identifies us as Revolutionaries; a quality Comandante Fidel highlighted so much… Optimism!
Fidel lives here, in his People, among our Peoples, and in this America of Ours, of Brilliant Suns, of Intense Souls, of Courageous Human Beings, who vibrate in the splendors of our highest Ideals, Feelings and Struggles for Justice, for True Truths, for the Peace that requires and demands Dignity.
Essential Human Rights, never artificial, never manufactured merely to attack our Peoples, who are fighting, who we are striving, precisely for our Rights, and we are capable of continuing to give Our Lives, so that Humanity resonates in the frequency of Supreme Peace, Supreme and Sublime Peace, which is composed of Respect and Strength, of formidable Battles for the Life and Well-being, which we so deserve.
August, as every month in this Honorable, Victorious, Glorious Nicaragua, celebrates us all with Tomás, warrior of all battles… With Fidel, of course, who taught us and gave us so much… With the incomparable and exemplary struggle for Literacy… For the extraordinary feat of the National Palace.
An unrepeatable feat, the taking of the National Palace, with Eden and so many Heroic Compañeros and Compañeros leading it, People who neither sell out, nor give up, Ever! Except for those few, who don’t even deserve to be remembered as part of that great and triumphant action, which showed the mettle of the Nicaraguan People, the audacity, the ability to fight, among all the storms, despite all the marks.
Tomás, warrior of all battles… Eden, warrior of all battles… And the incomparable and exemplary struggle that we waged at all times, to continue advancing, from the Triumph of the Revolution to the National Palace, to Literacy, where we knew how to show unyielding determination to fight and overcome. From Pancasán, from so many sources, our origins, Blessed Souls, unbeaten forces in every battle.
And all of this in August, when, with the Blessing and the Hand of Our Lord God, we continue building the Future; as children of the Heavenly Father, as Christians and Socialists inspired by Solidarity, we continue onward, in Victories, building our Future of Life, of Hopes and Certainties, from our, I repeat, unyielding human condition.
