Hermana Presidenta :

En nombre del Pueblo y el Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de la República de Nicaragua, y en nuestro propio nombre, deseamos expresar nuestras más Calurosas Felicitaciones en ocasión del 50° Aniversario de la Independencia de la República de Surinam, este 25 de Noviembre.

Con mucha Alegría, nos unimos a Usted y al Querido Pueblo de Surinam en la Conmemoración de este Día Especial, en el que también celebramos nuestra profunda y duradera Amistad, firme Solidaridad y Tradición de Lucha Revolucionaria a favor de la Paz, la Dignidad y el Desarrollo de nuestros Pueblos Libres y Soberanos.

Querida Presidenta,

Tenga la certeza que continuaremos fortaleciendo los Lazos Históricos de Hermandad Caribeña que hemos construido en estos años, caminando juntos en nuestros ideales y principios revolucionarios en defensa de la Soberanía Nacional, la Independencia y el Bienestar de nuestras Naciones.
